    The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. The staff's friendliness stood out, offering assistance at every turn .

    The check-in process took longer than expected, as our room wasn't ready at the promised time. Breakfast was not included, disappointing.

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent quality. Bohemia restaurant superb, service was a little ott. room very comfortable

    The lighting in the bathroom was poor. This made the use of the mirror difficult. a minor point - we are still waiting for a our bottle of sparkling wine. Although it was mentioned it never materialised. The tv was poor and there was no radio. However this was rectified when we complained.

    The bohemia restaurant and bar were excellent. The meal we had was fabulous, staff excellent. Hotel rooms very comfortable, breakfast a little limited.

    The bathrooms could use an upgrade. A walk-in shower would be a huge improvement!!! Finding the entrance was confusing due to poor signage!!! The outdated information book left me feeling misinformed!!!

    Could not really fault any aspect of the hotel and would definitely stay there again. Complimentary mineral water and shortbread each day was a nice addition.

    There were no notices in the room regarding saving energy/water or an option not to have towels changed every day.

    Just a perfect match for a whistle-stop in Saint Helier with excellent value for money. The staff seemed to really care, following up multiple times to ensure we were okay with the room's issues. Avoid drinking the water they leave in the room unless you want an upset stomach.

    Total luxury from start to finish - stylish rooms, amazing spa and very attentive staff. Lovely breakfast each morning and great location just 5 mins walk from centre of St Helier.

    The indoor pool & spa facilities (sauna, steam room, relaxation room) are only available for hotel guests to use between 8-10am and 6-8pm unless spa treatments are booked. Surely guests should have the right to use the facilities at any time they choose if they have paid to stay at the hotel? This is not a complaint, just an observation.
